Fresh black truffle
How we work
Production at origin
Production decisions are made at field level, combining direct observation with ongoing technical monitoring to respond to real conditions rather than fixed schedules.
Irrigation and harvest timing are adjusted to climate and soil response throughout the season, allowing truffles to develop fully before collection and reducing variability between batches.
Truffles are harvested only at full maturity, prioritising aroma, structure, and consistency over volume.
Harvest-based allocation
Truffles are allocated based on what is harvested, not held in advance or sourced from standing stock.
Grading at harvest
Size, condition, and overall quality are assessed at harvest and confirmed per enquiry
Harvest-synched logistics
Dispatch takes place the day after harvest via express transport where logistics allow
Professional packing
Packed in food-grade insulated materials. Handling and packing take place in EU health-registered facilities (RGSEAA)
