From flower to saffron
Harvest and processing
affron is harvested by hand during a short seasonal window and processed immediately at origin. Flowers are stripped the same day, with stigmas separated manually and gently toasted using traditional methods.
After a short resting period, saffron is prepared in small batches, ready for professional use.
